Iceland, here represented by Gudbrandur Bogason, was voted as a new member. Mr. Bogason is the chairman in ÖI, the Icelandic driving schools association.

IDIA, represented by chairwoman Cathy Bacon and former chairman Tom Collier, is the second Irish association voted as a member in EFA.
