A Spanish delegation met with the managers of the DG Move, Driving license area. As you know, DG MOVE intends to modify the annex of Directive 2006/126 CE on motorcycles for obtaining the A2 driving license, lowering the range from 400cc to 250cc. It will remain the minimum engine power of 20 kW. The first or second quarter of 2020 will presumably enter into force. The 0.2 kw/kg ratio will be maintained, as it is included in the 2013/168/EU Regulation. EFA Board will update you in this topic ASAP.
